Teach For America strives to be a supportive organization that encourages you to be healthy and whole.  Therefore, we have partnered with Crisis Text Line® to bring you extra supports to help you be the best for yourself and your students.

Crisis Text Line Counselors provide anonymous, confidential support around challenges you may be facing.  Challenges can include anything from feeling anxious before class, to having trouble adjusting and feeling homesick, to coping with a really bad day, or having thoughts of self-harm.  And, not only is Crisis Text Line responsive to you in-the-moment, but they are able to give TFA feedback on trends in challenges CMs face across our network so that we can offer more targeted programming and outreach to support CM wellness needs.
