Access Class Roster Report

Black out student names and personal identifiers, if present on the part of the report that you will upload and submit.
3.
Locate Class Roster Summary (following individual student data). Add together the percentages of students identified as a Proficient Learner and Distinguished Learned in the subject you taught.

Using the example to the right, 31 + 0 = 31% of students scored at least proficient in English Language Arts.

Access DATA SUBMISSION FORM

*Only one subject/ grade can be reported at a time. Repeat process to submit data for additional subject(s)/ grade(s).
